Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs when applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
